Return Policy conditions:

  • The return time is 14 calendar days from delivery of the order in our policy.
  • If the order is received in two or more different shipments, it will start counting from the last package received.
  • The products must be unused, closed, clean without unsealing and with the labels in their original packaging.
  • The shipment for products in poor condition or defective in the period of 14 days upon receipt, undertakes to take charge of the return costs, without prejudice to the buyer and reserves the right to decide if deliver the product for study or leave the property of the buyer to avoid unnecessary shipping costs. In this case, the buyer has the right to choose a replacement, refund or a coupon on products in our store for the total value paid including shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase.
  • The shipment due to withdrawal or mistake when placing your order in will be borne by the buyer, it can be through their own means or we also leave the option to the buyer to take care of the shipment to our office for a price of €5.95 being deducted from the amount of the return and with a normal shipping method, any premium shipping chosen by the buyer and that increases its price must also be the responsibility of the buyer.

In the supposed case of choosing us for forwarding, we will send you a pdf with the label to print and paste in the box. We will give you the option of choosing the day of collection at the indicated address but at the time indicated by the carrier, normally it is from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm from Monday to Friday, or deliver to the carrier’s office at at different times. In any case, we promise to leave the option to the buyer to help him in a comfortable and satisfactory return. 

  • Once the 14 days have elapsed, will no longer be responsible for any damage or problem with the product, assuming that everything sent is correct and in perfect condition.

Exceptions of Return Policy: may reject the return of certain products due to their nature and working conditions.

The information on the performance of the consumables is indicative, since an exact duration cannot be specified since it depends on the use made of it.
